CIRCULAR WHEEL BRUSHES

Circular Wheel brushes are more of a traditional concept and used as flexible filing tools in deburring and in surface
conditioning applications. The flexibility allows these brushes to conform to irregular surface shapes. The brush has
been designed & developed for use in power tools, Bench Grinders, CNC machines, SPMs and robotic arms to
provide faster and consistent deburring and cleaning operations.

COMPOSITE HUB NYLON ABRASIVE WHEEL BRUSH

These wheel brushes have remarkably high durability and are preferred for finishing metals parts. Due to their
flexibility, these brushes provide a consistent finish with controlled surface abrading action.

METAL HUB SINGLE AND DOUBLE WIDE BRUSH -

The metal hub brushes are tough and aggressive brushes. The benefits of this type of construction are consistency
in the manufacturing process with high quality. These brushes are often used for machining, casting, metal
finishing and in machining centers and manual operations at high RPMs.
