INTERNAL DIAMETER DEBURRING - IDD BRUSH

The ID Deburring brushes are fitted with a steel shank for ease of use in CNC machine, drill machines and other

machine tools. Widely used in the internal deburring and finishing applications, drilled and tapered holes, cross-hole
deburring, cleaning threads, debris removal from holes or machined parts, crankshaft bores, polishing, finishing, and

multiple critical applications.

• Remove Burrs from Internal holes • Surface Enhancement with increased Ra value

• Debris removal from holes or machined parts

ATC BRUSHES

ATC Brush can be kept as a DeBurring Tool in ATC magazine of Machining Centre’s – VMC / CNC /HMC.
Change-over time is saves and where Space is a constraint factor to a new tool.
