DISC BRUSH ARBORS

Disc Brush Arbors are used to securely mount disc brushes for use in any type of milling or CNC machine. Drive
arbor shaft is available in ½”, 3/4" diameter for use in any live tool holder. Disc Arbors are available in Metal and

Plastic. The arbors are Machine friendly, Unique in construction, Light in Weight, designed such that the Machine
spindle accuracy is maintained. They are available in Plain as well as Side-Lock

FLOW THROUGH COOLANT HOLDERS (PATENT APPLIED)

IMEXSU’s Innovative product is designed for Wet Deburring application where the flow of the coolant stays constant

thereby providing cooler working condition. The holder is designed such that the coolant flows from the center as
well as from the sides drastically reducing the heat generated and the chances of filament getting smeared. The high

coolant flow washes off the loose particles released during the brushing process, enhancing the surface finish
capability and increasing the overall durability of the brush.
