KNOTTED WIRE BRUSH WHEEL

The Knotted Wire wheel brushes are extremely aggressive brushes. They have high wire density with twisted knots

ensuring uniform wear out, minimal wire breakage making them very safe during operations. They are very much
suitable for sideways jobs on surfaces, on edges, profiles and for heavy-duty jobs at higher speed. The knots are made
in Standard Twist and Cable Twist depending on the severity of the application.

The Knot wire wheel brush are made in 3 designs:
-- With Arbor holes to be used on Bench grinders - With Nuts to be used with Angle grinders
-- With Shank to be sued on drills and die grinders.

Sizes: 4” diameter to 7” diameter

BEVEL TYPE WIRE WHEELS

The bevel shape design makes these brushes suitable to be used sideways on irregular surfaces and edges. The
twisted knots make them aggressive. They are usually used to remove excess material, residues and rust removal
from surfaces of any material.

Sizes: 3” diameter to 6” diameter

WIRE CUP BRUSHES WITH NUT -

The Knot wire Cup brushes are suitable for Aggressive Cleaning while the Crimped wire brush are used for light
application areas. Ideally suitable to remove slags, rust, paint and other hard materials. Recommended to be used on
an Angle grinder.
